This product in the Whitening Essential Kit work by reducing hyper-pigmentation 
from multiple pathways of the melanogenesis cascade. Vitamin C reacts with formed
melanin at the end stage, tyrosine inhibitors such as Rumex and Mulberry work at
the mid-state of tryosinase, and NOnapeptide-1 reduces the hormonal changes at 
the beginning of the melanogenesis process. 
This multiphase approach allows the system to work safely and more efficiently 
than traditional lighteners. A sun-blocking day lotion is also included to provide 
a defense against UV rays which can lead to hyper- pigmentation. 
Used as directed, the system can be used by most patients without irritation, 
with visible results within two to four weeks.
